Cheese and cheese ripening
The VACUshrink shrink bags by VACUFOL are perfectly suited for packaging all different types of cheeses – regardless whether of low-, medium- or strong gas development. They are also best-suited for ripening, storage and distribution.
These flexible, high barrier co-extrusion blown films have the following properties:
- Adjusted barrier properties depending upon the type of cheese
- High transparency and gloss
- Extremely high puncture resistance
- High shrink ability of over 50% (VACUshrink)
- Overlaping seal (VACUshrink)
