Fresh meat
The VACUshrink (shrink bags) and VACUflex (lidding and thermoforming films) by VACUFOL are particularly well suited for packaging fresh meat. These flexible, high barrier co-extrusion blown films have the following properties:
- EVOH barrier
- High transparency and gloss
- Extremely high puncture resistance
- High shrink ability of over 45% (VACUshrink FM45)
- Overlapping seal (VACUshrink)
For different kinds of meat pieces, Vacufol GmbH offers special film types in the series VACUshrink and VACUflex. This includes the VACUshrink BG105 "Bone Protection Bag" shrink bag for meat products with sharp or sharp-edged bones.
