Laboratory

Our work- and production conditions fulfill the highest hygienic standards. At the same time, our thorough tests and our fast and reliable analyses ensure that our films maintain their high quality. With our newly constructed building, we hope to set whole new standards for this. In our high-quality laboratory, we also continuously carry out the following analyses and measurements:   

• Oxygen permeability
• Carbon dioxide- and water vapor permeation
• Layer structure and thickness measurement
• Puncture resistance
• Tear-resistance test
• Shrink measurements
• Seal edge stability

For other special tests, VACUFOL works together with renowned, external testing laboratories.

Development

At our site in Bad Grönenbach, we have invested in the latest blown film co-extrusion technology. This equips us for the future and allows us to continuously develop new products for the food- and pharmaceutical industry. Furthermore, close communication with our customers is important to us: your valuable knowledge regarding the behavior of end consumers flows into the development of each of our new products.
